For security reasons and as requested as a result of the on-going rhino poaching, the Trustees have taken the decision that effective from 10 October 2011, an arrivals list will be compiled by the HOA, and all visitors entering the reserve will have to check in at gatehouse reception. Besides the jacuzzi not working it was a perfect weekend.

  2. TANIA TONKINSON

JUST THE CLEANLINESS. THE KITCHEN INSIDE THE CUPBOARDS AND SOME OF THE KITCHEN UTENSILS THE FRIDGE WAS LEAKING ALL WEEKEND WE DID MENTION IT TO THE RANGERS OTHER THAN THAT THE BEDS NOT TO COMFY BEEN TO CHEAPER PLACES WITH MORE COMFY BEDS.
DOMINIQUE IS AMAZING VERY HELPFUL AND QUICK RESPONSE TIME

  3. Della

Loved the flexibility of our, very knowledge, game ranger, it was nice for us to decide when we wanted to leave mornings and afternoons without having to rush to be somewhere for breakfast or dinner like you do in other luxury lodges. The house was well equipped, the layout was great having the rooms separate from the main house. Overall our experience was thoroughly enjoyed by all from start to finish. We had zero complaints. Will definitely be back.
Thanks Dillon for another amazing long weekend away! Will most definitely be in touch for future travel arrangements.

  4. Theo Jansen

Was fantastic and well enjoyed -The lodge is very well equipped – I do think the lodge will need a bit of maintenance in certain areas – this did not detract from a very good experience
service good , website good and easy to communicate – thank you

  5. Craig Rich

We have no complaints! Thoroughly enjoyed the lodge and the amazing service received from our exceptionally knowledgeable game ranger, Howard, as well as great hospitality from the lady running the house – Eunice!! Will be back soon!
Wendy has been exceptionally helpful and professional!

  6. J M Dickason

Paying such an extreme amount per night one would expect not to be exposed to service providers who expect extra payment….donations…..Christmas gift….???Very confusing….3 cleaners over 7 days working two at a time per day……only to come in , in the mornings….wash dishes , make beds and then of to a storage room for a nap. On confronting them with their poor service we were told they not aloud to use the vacuum cleaner because they will scare the wild animals!
Excellent service. Extremely helpful. Thank you Karen.

  7. John Burk

What a fantastic place to relax. The Rangers were great and made the stay even better. Will definitely be back.
Great service. Thanks for the black rhino suggestion.

  8. Craig Rich
  9. Bronwen Cadle de Pon

The lodge was very nice. It is just a pity that the main area does not look over the fence out into the bush.
It would be nice to have more photographs of the property one is looking to rent right up front.

  10. Michele De Waal

Game ranger , cleaning staff and the location was great. The general maintenance of the property is not up to standard. There are huge cracks , huge in the bedrooms. The drains in the bathroom and showers smell. Some stairs are broken . The TV shows error message all the time that nobody can fix.
    Good advice, quick responses.

  11. Joanne PSG

Everything was amazing from the staff who helped us to the game ranger to the animals we were lucky to see. Would definitely go back and recommend this venue.
Thanks Dillon for your service. Everything went so smoothly.

  12. Heather McLeish

  13. Sue Truter

Very well looked after in a very comfortable and well appointed home.
we lacked for nothing at all – super stay with family we would come back again. Lovely to have own game drive vehicle and ranger, Richard was very professional and his wife Andrea very hospitable a very good experience all around. Thank you very much.
