Bedroom 1 – Double bed = 2 adults
Bedroom 2 – Double bed = 2 adults
Bedroom 3 – Double bed & 2 single beds = 2 adults and 2 children (or 2 adults in the single beds)
Bedroom 4 – 4 bunk beds = 4 children
** Maximum 8 adults / 4 kids (under 12) – Please adhere to this as any more will be turned away unless a prior arrangement has been made.
This stunning house has the following:
- Wifi
- Full premium DSTV
- 3 TV’s – lounge, master bedroom and 4th Bedroom
- The pool has a safety net
- There is a gas braai
- Guests must provide their own soaps, shower gel and other toiletries
- Guests may use the garage which can take a total of 4 cars
Guests are required to pay a refundable breakage deposit of R 5000 at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. The estate access fees of approx R 125 per car and R31 per person will be deducted off this breakage deposit along with any damages / breakages.
The remaining will be refunded within 5 – 7 working days after departure
The house is serviced every second day but not on a Sunday. Additional cleaning can be arranged at an extra charge of R500 per day – please arrange with your consultant prior to arrival
** No loud noise / music after 10pm … this is a residential estate and fines will be issued and deducted off the breakage deposit **
Exterior lighting is to be switched off by 10pm.
