This semi detached 3 bedroom duplex apartment sits on the 14th Fairway at Selborne Golf Estate. The estate boasts an 18 hole golf course (the very first golf estate in South Africa!) There are only approximately 100 villas on the estate making it exclusive and private.

A private, furnished veranda with built in braai / barbeque area overlooks the garden with views of the golf course beyond. At the back entrance to the apartment are secure, lock up garages.

The open plan lounge is comfortably furnished with a two seater setee and two spacious arm chairs. A large flat screen TV with full DSTV bouquet makes for great television entertainment and will ensure you never miss those sports events. The dining room has an eight seater pine dining room table with high back chairs. The lounge / dining area lead out to a the veranda and garden.

A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances – including oven / stove, fridge / freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. – and ample marble-top counter space makes everyday catering a pleasure

The main bedroom, decorated in crisp clean white with highlights of pale blues and beige, has ample built in cupboard space and a spacious en-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms are decorated in crisp white with touches of rich greens and browns respectively and share a spacious bathroom.

Selborne Estate also has tennis courts, numerous swimming pools and a hotel all for the use of guests during their stay at Selborne.

The estate has its own beach club on the Pennington Beach which is approx 8 mins drive from the Selborne Golf Estate (you need to leave the Golf estate and drive to the beach). The beach club has its own private swimming pool lounger chairs and umbrellas. It also has its own private car park with security. The beach club has private access to the Pennington Beach.
