The 2 bedroom apartment is situated in a very quiet part of Tamboerskloof on the slopes of Leeukop with a beautiful view of Table Mountain. It's only a 10 minute drive from the beach and the V&A Waterfront. Lovely mountain bike trails & hiking routes,towards Table Mountain. The apartment has been lovingly designed and furnished with attention to detail. It has all luxury finishings, and is equipped with the following: - washing machine - tumble dryer - dishwasher - oven and hob with extractor fan - microwave - flatscreen tv - DSTV/satellite Everything one needs for a long-term stay is there: fine cutlery and kitchenware , fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster, casserole dishes, all the necessary cooking utensils, spice rack, tupperware containers, dry rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer. And please feel free to use the fresh herbs in the garden! The apartment is very safe: the building is protected by security gates that are opened with keys. All the doors have sacurity gates and the apartment is equiped with an alarm system. The neighbourhood has a reputation for being one of the safest in Cape Town.
