The Kingdom is a unique premier resort in the heart of the Pilanesberg bushveld, North West Province, South Africa, where one can experience and embrace the tranquillity of the untamed and spectacular landscape It also provides a wide range of habitats for game animals in a malaria-free environment.
The park is home to lion, leopard, black and white rhino, elephant and buffalo – Africa’s “Big Five”, as well as brown hyena, cheetah, crocodile and even sable. Pilanesberg is roughly a 2 hour drive from Johannesburg and Pretoria. The airport has scheduled flights to Johannesburg and Cape Town.
The Kingdom is situated approximately 2.5km from the entrance to the Sun City complex.
The resort is laid out as a collection of small villages aesthetically designed to blend in with the landscape. Each village consists of a number of chalets and villas that look out onto the Bushveld terrain and are grouped together to resemble a horseshoe shaped kraal.
The Chalets
Two and three bedroom simplex chalets provide well appointed self-catering accommodation. These spacious, open plan chalets are fully fitted with top of the range appliances. The verandah, with its own built-in braai, is perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing.
The Villas: From R 2330 per day
The skilful design of our villa interiors promotes total flexibility, which is facilitated through smartcard key access to each suite, the entertainment area and the villa itself. Choose from a hotel style suite offering tea and coffee making facilities, or a fully equipped luxury self-catering villa, boasting a built-in braai, splash pool and a fire pit

Very neat and nice, only thing that wasn’t to great is the shuttle was 45 min late for picking us up at Sun City in the afternoon.
