Uiteindelijk is an inviting, comfortable family home set in the quiet suburb of Penzance in Hout Bay.

The home offers a perfect location from which to explore Hout Bay's beaches and local restaurants and shops, as well as the magical Chapmans Peak Drive to Noordhoek beach.

The house has two levels: The living and dining areas, and kitchen with separate laundry room are located on the ground floor, with a natural flow out to the pool area and garden. The second floor is where the bedrooms are found; two single children's rooms with shared full bathroom, and the master bedroom en-suite with double shower. The fourth bedroom is located in the small cottage out the back of the house, and has it's own en-suite bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes: - Gas stove with electric oven - Coffee maker - Dishwasher - Washing machine & tumble dryer (in separate laundry) - fully function grey water system

There is unlimited complimentary wifi. Note that there no satellite television but rather BBC iPlayer.

The outside / pool area is ideal for relaxed family BBQ's. The pool has a child-friendly net, and there is also a fabulous play area for children, including a slide, monkey bars, and trampoline.

There is off-street parking for two cars as well as a double garage, which also provides direct access up into the house.

The property is alarmed and includes outside beams. The alarm is monitored by Deep Blue Security company in Hout Bay.
