Newlands luxury self villa is ultra modern luxury Newlands Villa with minimalistic style. And very popular under product shoots.

This villa is available for those short stays when you need to visit Cape Town’s southern suburbs or when you need to visit UCT or hospitals in the area like Groote Schuur.

It s is modern and spacious with great views onto the mountain. It'?s located in the upper end of Newlands and it a quiet area. And among really expensive homes.

All bedrooms are en suite with showers and the main bedroom has a bath and shower.

The main bedroom is on the top level and massive.

From the entrance you can either walk into the passage to the three lower bedrooms - these also walk out on the natural garden, or you can walk into the living area or up the stairs to the main bedroom.

The one bedroom is large but not as large as the main bedroom.

As you walk into the living area, on your right is the spacious kitchen, open plan on the dining area and the lounge.

The dining area has huge windows/doors that open on a front patio for entertainment and the back natural garden.

At this garden, at a higher level is the swimming pool with sun deck and ideal spot to enjoy while very protected from the elements.

The home is secure with high walls and gates. Free WiFi and full DSTV included.

The internet is uncapped but not ideal for high demand business use.

If a chef is required 7 days notice must be given.
