We had a great time. Quiet and private and the cleaning service was stellar
As a couple with young kids it met our needs. The kids loved it and we did too. Above all the staff with no exception was cordial. Our tour guide Mashudu deserves a Bells’ . He was knowledgeable, accommodating of the kids and generally resourceful. Tebogo who was the person who took our reservation is an asset to the organisation. Responsive and quick. Reassuring and cordial. Thank you to him or her. Never figured out the gender ??
The service provided at Zebula was unfortunately not too great, mainly the shuttle service and the breakfast experience. Besides that, the chalet was wonderful and enjoyed the stay.
Wendy was extremely helpful, and can not complain about the service that we received. Will suggest Holiday Homes to friends and family.
