  1. Liesbeth Botha

Very comfortable holiday home with lots of space. Loved the big counter to sit and drink wine while watching the chef! Pity the DVD wasn’t working- had hoped to catch up on some movies, but lots of activities for the whole family at Zebula.

  2. Katlego

looking forward to spend another in there, rain almost spoiled our weekend but we dd have fun.

  3. Daphne Ngoma

the owner should fix the door (
Ms Catherine (housekeeper) she’s the best. always friendly and calm
    happy with everything. 100%

This is 4 room house only – the upstairs “closet” was awful in every sense of the word – completely unlike any of the other rooms and I had to choose who would pull the short straw – Very embarrassing for me and disappointing as I took staff members -had i known this i would have rented a chalet from the hotel as an extra. This is not a house I would consider renting again as it is not nearly as nice as any of the others I have rented over the years.
Dominique was great – very helpful and efficient. The emergency contact no i was given tho’ fro Monica Joubert was unavailable the entire weekend so it was useless. It was a great break other than the awful little room upstairs

This is a very nice place just a few little niggles firstly the bathroom light in room 2 went on and off intermittently some of the plastic garden chairs supplied were broken and the pool pump and light weren’t working although the pool was spotlessly clean. Other than that it is a little more old fashioned than some of the other places in Zebula but this is reflected in the price which is a lot cheaper than other houses there of a similar size other than that it was great and would defiantly return.
Tebogo helped with the booking and everything went like clock work excellent service highly recommended.

  6. Kgaogelo

The place is beautiful, the nature is amazing. Our family really enjoyed it. It was more than our expectation. We didn’t expect to see so much wildlife everywhere we went. The house had all that we needed and more.

  7. Magnus Gricius

Accomodation is a bit over priced, expect a bit more at this daily rate. Nice place to stay but the house is way too hot. Needs air conditioning.
I also did not like having a cleaning lady doing washing and ironing in the house during our stay. Cleaning should be in and out.
Swimming pool was also not very clean and there was nothing to clean it with, no net to remove leaves and dead insects. Light at the outside braai did not work.

    Awesome house plan

The house is lovely but if you have small children just take note that the house has a children room with bunks inside and an additional room but then all the other rooms are outside with patio doors.

  11. Alison Harding

The suites were lovely with good quality linen and décor.
The house was maintained and managed well.

It is a perfect home for Adult couples enjoying time together in the shared living areas, but also being able to retreat to their private suits. The rooms inside the house would be ideal for older children.

In our case however, with small children it would have been easier if the rooms/ suits were interlinked to each other, or the main house.
Despite this, we had a super few days there. Thank you!

Tebogo assisted us with the booking, as well as the amendments to our booking.
We had extenuating circumstances which forced us to change our holiday dates – Tebogo was incredibly considerate and compassionate, and assisted us as much as he was able to.

Thank you Tebogo for your efficiently and professionalism.

lounge suite uncomfortable, too few chairs for 9 people. could have had a lounge suite on the upper floor so that you can treat if you wnated too. Even on the stoep, no comfortatable outdoor furniture. The beds were shockingly hard. I need to get physio therefter. Others took the bunk bed mattress and slept on the floor, it was more comfortable. difficulty to lock the room doors. One key for 4 bedrooms outside. how do the other 3 bedrooms gain access to the main house if someone has go out on an activity without leaving the leaving the doors unlocked. The single bedroom was dingy. the shower looked frightening (was not used)Old utentils and shocking frying pans. check out at 10am, domestic team arrived at 8am and wanted the bedding, towels etc. Spoilt our Easter weekend!!!
I have been to Zimablai via holiday homes and was extremely stataisfied with the service offering.

We had an awesome 5 days. The only problem was the loft room was locked when we arrived and we had to inconvenience Monica to come back and unlock it. Also the can opener was the old type and difficult to use .otherwise we had a lovely time. Amanda the maid was most obliging
I always received prompt personal treatment from Wendy. We will certainly book through your company again.
    Thanks again Wendy.
