IMPORTANT NOTICE
The Zimbali Resort Welcome Centre has a strict 48-hour turnaround to process all guest IDs and that way provide access to the resort. As a result, bookings with less than 48-hour notice cannot be confirmed as guests, and will not be able to access the Zimbali estate. Zimbali require an ID or passport or driver’s license copy for every guest.
Uber & Taxi: Unfortunately, Zimbali does not allow arrival or drop-off inside the estate by Uber/Taxi and would recommend hiring a car.
No day visitors are allowed into Zimbali Coastal Estate.
