COMMUNICATION FROM THE FAIRMONT ZIMBALI LODGE & RESORT REGARDING MEMBERS USE OF FAIRMONT FACILITIES

As with all restaurants the demand for tables during peak periods is extremely high. Residents are welcome to make use of the outlets during this period, however there will be a limited number of tables available for non-hotel guests. It is therefore highly advisable to make your reservations in advance to avoid disappointment.

Due to the high occupancies in our hotels and the limited number of pool loungers available at the main Fairmont Zimbali Resort pool as well as the Beach Club, these facilities will only be for the use of hotel guests during peak periods

During certain periods a day use fee of R100 per person, per day will be implemented for the abovementioned pools. This is to cover the cost of laundering towels and lounger pillow covers, as well as wear and tear.
Due to the intimate nature of the pool at the Fairmont Zimbali Lodge it is only for the use of hotel guests at all times of the year.

    Despite the harsh weather of natural Durban, the views were breath taking and the house was Spectacular. You have freedom to move and spacious areas and the small pool under a roof was my savior to the immense heat. I will definitely book a holiday for my family at your holiday resort.
    The service was very strict and precise. I would have cleaned that house myself the way I appreciated the comfort, but well done to the lady that rendered the service.

    The home geyser was not working and needed repairs. The overflow of hot water did not allow us to swim in the pool.The home was not ready for us to be there.
    There is a lot of work required for
    Maitence of the project. The managment of the home was rude and unhelpful and was never willing to help and on departure he accused me of steeling a bin.i will not be staying at the accomodation again as I was not impressed or satisfied with the managment.

There were a few glitches with the lights in the living areas tripping the main-switch and a missing key for the kitchen sliding door, but all in all a great experience indeed. Cant fault it for anything really.
