Peace of Mind
The house was amazing and safe. We got lost a bit, but we really had a great time.
Our linen was never changed throughout our stay. The Kitchen cupboards need some maintenance. The owners should allow guests to utilize the golf cart.

Lounge cushions sinking and a few hangers needed
There were dirty sanitary pads in 2 bathroom bins. Bedding was stained. Oven controls had no numbers-difficult to use. Serving plates were chipped. Lamps not working. No aircon remotes. Golf cart was not operational. Toaster was not operational. DSTV was not working
We have stayed at Zimbali before. We found this unit to be very dirty and not well ventilated.
The booking process was fast and very efficient the house was magnificent – pool a bit dirty.
Rooms were not cleaned properly; sanitary towel papers and tablet holders found in the cupboards – staff using washing machines for their laundry during our stay.
It was a very beautiful home!! the overall experience was great!

The estate is beautiful, and the house was in very good condition. The estate is run on with a very tight leash and we found some of the rules to be quite restrictive. There was some confusion over the use of the golf carts, and the delivery and returning thereof. The lack of a swimming beach is a bit of a drawback.
The service was great, and the people are friendly. I found the service to be professional.
