The lady who was there to clean for us daily was helpful although I felt that she rushed through her work to a point where certain areas were not cleaned even when we were not there. E.g Cleaning the patio.

We were happy with everything and our rooms were comfortable.
We had a lovely time at Zimbali, the family thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The home is very lovely and it met all our expectations. \nSave for a day when there was no water all day and a toilet upstairs that had a slight problem, all was well. Bernel was very helpful with getting the toilet sorted out. \n\n
Service from RnR was good. Anneloe handled everything to our satisfaction.\nThe house was a comfortable open plan design with lots of natural light. The stairs a bit steep though and care needed to be taken using it. Overall a very nice experience.

Nice and clean place, great service from RNR. Only minor downside is waking up to the helper already cleaning in the house, that part should be \nclearly communicated to guest upfront. Having the helper come to clean on a daily is a big plus. Overall happy, we will do it again.
