Nice and clean place, great service from RNR. Only minor downside is waking up to the helper already cleaning in the house, that part should be
clearly communicated to guest upfront. Having the helper come to clean on a daily is a big plus. Overall happy, we will do it again.

The house was a comfortable open plan design with lots of natural light. The stairs a bit steep though and care needed to be taken using it. Overall a very nice experience.
We had a lovely time at Zimbali, the family thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The home is very lovely and it met all our expectations.
Save for a day when there was no water all day and a toilet upstairs that had a slight problem, all was well. Bernel was very helpful with getting the toilet sorted out.
We were happy with everything and our rooms were comfortable.
Except for the proximity of the swimming pool to the house, the house was perfect! Clean…well looked after/cared for. The daily cleaning by Busi was out of this world.

Loved it loved it. i was just a bit irritated by the security guys when we collected the keys on friday. he failed to look properly and was amused that he could not find our information. almost on a point like so where are going to sleep. i had to physically go to the back to find our information.

The unit is very nice.Will stay there again.Would suggest that the owners put a hand rail on stairs it is very steep and glass on opposite side, nothing to help if you fall.

Our stay in Zimbali was out of this world – it was amazing.
The view of the sea was absolutely wonderful as well as access to the pools and all other facilities. Unfortunately our time was too short to experience everything.
