The unit is also serviced six days a week, excluding Sundays and public holidays, for guests’ convenience.
The five-bedroom, four-bathroom home is equipped with flatscreen TVs, DStv with dual view in the bedrooms, a DVD player, pool table, splash pool, outdoor entertainment area, and a fully equipped modern kitchen.

Peace of Mind
The house is lovely and very comfortable, but it is in dire need of serious maintenance – so many broken things – Fridge and Freezer barely standing and working – our meat went rotten within 2-days of buying and being in the fridge. The Freezer except for 1 drawer out of 8 froze things; Tumble Drier’s door is about to break off; Only 2 Aircons out of 6 worked; Cutlery and crockery missing, and some buckled and bent; 90% of the door stops are broken out of the walls and just lying there or dangling from the doors. We highlighted some of the issues to the housekeeper, she merely shrugged and said she knows things are missing, she knows aircon not 100%, she knows things are broken, but said there is nothing to be done.
Paying what we did we expected things to be in good working condition and functional
Was easy and great working with Wendy and the Service – no hassles, always made sure we were up to date and all the admin sorted – Thank you for the welcome bottle of Champers, was certainly enjoyed on the patio by all!
we ahd a great time at Zimbali and look forward to visiting soon.
zimbali is a great place to relax and have good quality time out with the family. i highly recommend this place to anyone who loves the sun and sea.

Overall experience was spoilt by the fact that the pool pump was broken and the pool was cleaned manually. Pool Water was green. The gas cylinder was not full and spoilt our braai on the first night. There were lots of ants in the kitchen.
According to the contract I signed, check-in was supposed to be at 2pm but I was told check-in is only at 4pm. This was a bit of an inconvenience.
All round a fantastic experience at Zimbali!

Even though the villa was rented over weekends and public holidays, given the high daily rate, I would have expected daily servicing at no extra cost to lessee. In addition, it was unfortunate that the villa did not have a golf cart.
Dillon was excellent re response times.
The Villa was great however the “5th bedroom” could only accommodate one person.
Throughout the process there were allot of terms that I only discovered once I had paid which were not favourable and had I known I would not have made the booking.
Shoo nice place to go to, u feel at home.
