Peace of Mind
had a great time , would love to come back
We had a lovely stay. The pool table kept us entertained a great feature. Only problem we had was the water getting cold at times because the geyser kept on tripping. Other than that it was a great stay.
We loved how we left at home with my guests too.

13 Acacia is a beautiful home
Just a leak in the one bedroom with the rain and the mold. The boys were thrilled with the pool table which actually gave me some peace as it kept them busy.
Dominique’s customer service is excellent. She has a wonderful approach and telephone manner and an absolute delight to deal with. So much so, that I have been dealing with holiday homes for all my Zimbali bookings since 2013.
We enjoyed our stay. The villa was clean and comfortable. The views are lovely.
I felt that our agent did not keep me informed and up to speed with the progress of our booking at times. The overall service we received was not bad it was just average.It definitely could have been better.
Excllent way to visit Durban and the Dolphin coast.

A lovely villa which is well equipped and maintained. Unfortunately due to construction on the neighboring villa noise levels were unacceptable and this was not informed to us prior to renting. Pool also needs to be cleaner as pump was not effective
Booking was easy – very dissapointed that we were not infomred about local construction, this ruined the peaceful expereince that were hoping for.
we ahd a great time at Zimbali and look forward to visiting soon.
zimbali is a great place to relax and have good quality time out with the family. i highly recommend this place to anyone who loves the sun and sea.
